I was there for one night during a transit stop and went out to a nearby restaurant for dinner between 7 and 9 pm. When I returned, someone had been in my room and taken my Polish and Ukrainian currency, worth about 150 USD. It wasn’t a huge amount, but it was still my money. I reported it at reception and asked to see the CCTV footage, but nobody took any action. The staff were irresponsible and not accountable. I don’t recommend this hotel.

I felt restricted and uncomfortable here. The doors are locked at night, and when I asked for them to be opened, she complained that I was keeping her from sleeping. There’s nowhere to smoke except outside the front door. The rooms are old, the mattress was stained, and the sheets wouldn’t stay on the bed. It feels like an old hotel away from the town center, and I didn’t enjoy the stay.

The location felt safe, with malls and restaurants close by. Our room was roomy and had WiFi and air conditioning, and the staff were attentive and helpful. They can arrange taxis and do laundry at a reasonable price. Recommended.

The hotel was nice, but I was charged 20 euros for an old towel that tore during normal use. For a one-star hotel, that really bothered me. I won't be going back.
