The young man at the front desk made my stay at Platinum Hotel especially pleasant. He was professional and clearly knew his duties. Whenever I needed something, he responded promptly, stayed calm and organized, shared useful information, and found quick solutions to make me comfortable. He was impeccable, polite, respectful, and positive. He made the hotel feel welcoming and helped me feel appreciated from the moment I arrived. It’s rare to meet someone so dedicated, and the way he works adds a lot to the hotel’s positive image. I confidently recommend Platinum Hotel’s service, especially because of how well he does his job.

Max at the front desk made a great first impression. He welcomed me warmly, handled check-in smoothly, and paid close attention throughout. He was glad to answer my questions about the hotel and the local area. His friendly manner and customer service really added to my stay. He’s a credit to the team.

My flight was delayed, so I needed a hotel at the last minute. The room was nice, and reception gave great service.

After I confirmed and paid for a reservation, I arrived from my flight and was told the hotel was full and they were sorry. I ended up spending the whole night on the street with my two small children. The staff couldn’t speak basic English. It was ugly behavior, and the hotel has the worst service I’ve ever seen.

It’s easy to find, the meals are very tasty, and the service is excellent. A very nice place.
