I'd happily stay here again. The staff were nice, and some rooms look out over the river. Our room was spacious and pleasant, and there's free parking right in front. You can only pay in cash. Restaurant Georgia is right next door for Georgian food.
The location is convenient, near the city center, riverfront, and park. There's also a nearby Sheriff shop for groceries, other things, or currency exchange. For this area, it seems to be the best and newest hotel. It does give the impression of being owned by oligarchs, and yes, they'll accept euros.
The rooms are new, very clean, and have a great view. The location is perfect, and the breakfast is good, though a little expensive and ordered à la carte. The receptionists were welcoming and helpful, and all spoke English. Checkout was the one sour moment: the man with a neck tattoo, probably security, wasn't friendly at reception. When guests are smiling and polite, I think the same courtesy should go both ways.
The complimentary breakfast was very good, and my mom and I had a lovely stay. We were in a Superior room that was comfortable and had a great river view.
Good breakfast, lovely staff, and a great deal for the price.
