Hotel Premier

It was quiet and peaceful, which made it a great place to relax, and the location was close to everything we needed while still feeling like a retreat. The pool and garden were especially nice, and all the amenities were well maintained. Our room was spotless, nicely decorated, and comfortable. From arrival, the staff were welcoming, professional, and attentive to every detail. We were very satisfied and had a truly memorable stay.

The convenient location gave me easy access to key areas while still offering a quiet place to stay. On my business trip, I found the staff professional and accommodating, and my room was clean, quiet, and well equipped for both work and rest. I was very satisfied with the experience.

We made a mistake booking two nights. We could have stayed a third, but chose to move to another hotel instead. If you do stay, maybe book one night first and see for yourself. We’ve seen our booking.com reservation shown as cancelled, which we believe was done to stop an honest review being published. I’ll post on any site they use so people know not to fall for what I see as fake reviews. Our stay at Hotel Premier in Budva was a big disappointment. The only positive we could find was the spacious balcony, though it had no view. It’s advertised as four-star, but in our opinion it doesn’t deserve even two. The elevator was broken on our first day. Reception closes at 10 PM, and the staff weren’t helpful or welcoming. Sonya and Anya had unfriendly expressions that made us uncomfortable. There were two of us, but we were given just one room card. We asked for a non-smoking room and got a smoking one, and our request for a 12 o’clock checkout was denied. The room was tiny, barely big enough for two, and the cleaning and housekeeping were mediocre. Breakfast was a joke: a small plate with an omelet, some ham, tomato, and white cheese. Only one tea or coffee was included, with extras costing more. The waiter was rude. He wouldn’t let us sit where we wanted in an empty restaurant, then started setting the table for the next guest while I was still sitting there. The pool was tiny, more like a jacuzzi, and didn’t look clean at all. The location is misleading: it’s in Bečići, not Budva center, and the walk to the old town is 3-4 km. It felt overpriced, rude, and like a rip-off. I don’t recommend it.

Anna and Susan made my visit especially enjoyable with their warm hospitality. They were exceptionally helpful and gave great service throughout my wonderful stay in Montenegro. Highly recommended!
