Palacio Del Mar

My family and I didn’t feel safe there at all. The building was open to anyone from the main lobby, the parking garage, and the area beside the “kids” gameplay room. There were no safety measures that I could see, and the receptionist was always on his phone and didn’t seem to care who came in. I also doubt the elevators had been checked for years. Everything in the complex looked broken or dirty. It felt to me like the original Palacio del mar had closed 2 years ago, then in 2024 someone forced open the front door, took key cards from a few apartments, and started renting them without permission. I’m serious, that’s what it looked like, not a joke. We left in the middle of the night after only 6 hours in the room, just trying to get some rest during our travels. Look at my two photos, one shows the original Palacio lobby and the way it looks now. Find somewhere else. Highly not recommended, never again!!!

Beautiful hotel, right by the beach with a direct view of it. Jelena at reception was professional and helpful with everything during my stay. Thank you.

Jelena at reception was especially kind, always smiling and ready to help. The room was beautiful and very clean, just like the photos, with a great sea view and a really comfortable bed. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone and will definitely come back.

The rooms and views are nice, but they wouldn’t let us pay by credit card, only cash. They said the card reader wasn’t working. My friend was told the same thing 10 days earlier, so it felt like they were trying to scam us.
