The room was really cold because the air conditioning wasn't working. We arrived at 1pm, and the owner said she'd come back in two hours, but she never showed up. She messaged at 7pm asking only for an image of our passport, then offered a discount if we cancelled the reservation. I didn't trust the owner.

The room was basic, but clean and in a good location. The owner was unpleasant to deal with and didn't bother replying to my questions by text. At checkout, the cleaner was knocking at my door at 9:59.

We felt cheated by what happened at Villa Simona, so I wouldn't recommend staying there. We had booked through booking, but only after the owner left did we realize we'd been given the room she said was more expensive and not ready. When we arrived, she showed us a room with the kitchen outside, even though the photo showed it inside, four stars outside. She said that was a different apartment and pushed us to cancel our booking. Tired and cold, we took the room that was ready and warm.

The new owner was really kind and helpful, and the rooms were lovely and clean. The location is good too, not far from the beach, so you can go swimming whenever you like. I was there just two days ago and hope we can visit again soon.

The place was clean, the suite rooms comfortable, and the staff friendly. If you're coming by car, think three times about it because parking may be a problem with the Eatzy restaurant in their garden. The photos show the apartment parking area.
