Villa Lutovac Mini-hotel

The rooms were tidy, and the hosts cleaned them almost every day. The location was decent and not far from the beach, and they welcomed us nicely at first. But we were a group of young people, and I feel they should have expected more noise than usual. They got very unpleasant. One morning at 8:30, they kept knocking on our door and wouldn’t let us finish our morning routine, then rudely sent us out onto the stairs. Normal conversation in our rooms bothered them too, and they threatened to call the police and kick us out. The internet kept failing; when we complained, the Russian woman said she couldn’t help and slammed the door. I think this was very unprofessional, since we had paid to stay there. At the end, our guide asked us to return because of alleged chaos in the room, though there wasn’t any. The owner hadn’t asked for 30 euros in compensation for anything. The website says they speak English and Serbian, but that wasn’t true, so we couldn’t even reach an agreement with them. 🫤

The place was clean and tidy, and the location was okay if you don’t mind walking a lot. But our ground-floor room had no daylight or terrace, and throughout the stay we were short of dishes, buckets, and other things. The hosts live in the same villa and seemed bothered by everything. It was hard to communicate because they didn’t know any language. They threatened us with the police and made us leave the room. The internet didn’t work either, and the owner slammed our door about it. Even though our room was clean when we left, the owners asked us for 30 euros. 😀

The rooms are good, but the owners were awful. Two months ago, they came to my room at 3 a.m. and rang the bell because I was flushing the toilet. They wouldn’t let us talk normally in our room. If you ring the main doorbell, the Russian man comes out yelling. They kept talking about calling the police and throwing you out.

Really poor.
