I had to sort out the tourist registration myself at Tourist Info Bar, after the staff contacted the host. The host had refused to handle it, even though I understood registration to be expected of accommodation providers in Montenegro. Breakfast appeared in the AIRBNB title but was later excluded from the description. After I dealt with the registration, the host left what I consider a false negative review on AIRBNB. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you need proper legal registration and clear conditions.

The pool is well maintained, and the view is fabulous. Our room wasn’t very clean, and during our seven-day stay there was no cleaning. Towels were changed only once. Coffee lovers should know there’s no coffee machine in the apartment. Coffee is served only at breakfast, from 08:00 sharp until 10:00.

The little beach 300m from the hotel was the best part, and the place was wonderfully quiet for reading, relaxing, and swimming. The rooms are nice, clean, and spacious, but ours wasn’t cleaned during the stay. There was a broom and mop outside the room, so I guess guests are meant to do it themselves. Staff were very nice. Breakfast was good and changed a little each day, while dinner was very average. The pool area was okay, but I wouldn’t recommend it for families with small children. It really isn’t suitable for them.

The room has a sink, stove, refrigerator, bathroom, and air conditioning, plus Wi-Fi and a TV with lots of channels. Unfortunately, all the channels are in Polish or Serbian, with no English or German. The dinner menu, where you choose the next day’s meal, is also only in Serbian and Polish. Staff don’t speak foreign languages, except for an older woman in the kitchen when she’s working. There are power cuts every day lasting 1-3 hours, and then the Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and refrigerator stop working. The toilet tank also won’t refill, and no water comes from the tap.
