Private Accomodation Calypso

A huge disappointment. The photos give a different impression from the actual condition of the accommodation. I wouldn’t recommend it.

We only stayed 3-4 days and found the accommodation on the spot, but we didn’t regret it. The apartment was clean and tidy, with a pleasant terrace, and parking was provided, which was an extra plus. It’s in an excellent location, very close to the beach. The hostess was especially kind and friendly. She greeted us with a smile and was available throughout our stay. All praise, I recommend it!

The host was very rude, and there was barely any privacy. My friends waited for me outside the accommodation for two minutes, and she chased them away. She raised her voice and slammed the gate in my face. Then she rushed into the room and said, “who are you hiding in your room? Don't let me come wake you up again, to see if anyone is there.” There’s no zero-star option, so judge for yourself what the accommodation and the host are like.

Just after midnight, the landlady came bursting into our room and checked behind the door as if someone might be hiding there. One of the girls was changing and had only underwear on, but the landlady stayed at the doorway instead of apologizing and leaving. We had no privacy at all. A horrible experience with a very unpleasant host.
