Late checkout was useful, since you can stay longer for €5 per hour. Still, we had a poor stay. The place was hard to find, and dealing with the people running it was hit or miss: some were nice, while others were rude and unprofessional. It felt more like a shabby dorm than a hotel. If you don't mind loud music and street noise below, you may be okay with that atmosphere.

We booked through Booking, but on arrival were told there was only one room left despite having a reservation. When we went to see it, the moldy walls, broken lamps, and very old condition were nothing like the room we had booked. The mold looked harmful to people's health. We showed them photos and explained this wasn't the Booking room we reserved, but they said we weren't using Booking properly. It seemed they had given our room to someone else and were trying to sell us an old, unused room that wasn't on their website. A terrible experience. I would never recommend this place.

The kitchen was well stocked and the room air conditioning worked well, but I paid €120 for one night and it was honestly the worst accommodation I stayed in Montenegro. The rooms are listed under two names, Bella rooms and Djukic rooms. Being in the old town sounds ideal, but there's a club next door playing awful, fast dance music until 1 a.m. every night. I stayed Wednesday and slept badly in room 2. Church bells were very loud in the morning too. The windows don't shut properly, and one pane has been siliconed back together, so street and club noise gets in. The shared bathroom serves, I think, at least nine beds. There was no spare toilet paper, and when I checked in at 11 p.m. there was only about a fifth of a roll left. It was gone by midnight. There should be spare rolls in each room. With four girls in the quadruple room and just one mirror, people spent a long time in the bathroom. The rooms also had no mirrors, waste baskets, or hair dryers. The building's front door is broken and won't close. Cleanliness and maintenance are problems, everything is old and falling apart. My room was advertised as having a balcony or terrace, but it didn't. I've told the company, so if they don't correct the listing, they're doing it intentionally. The staff were friendly, but I can only recommend these rooms to people who don't mind extreme noise or having to wait for the toilet in the morning.

The apartment was filthy, smelled of smoke, and felt unsafe since only the bedrooms had locks. It was badly maintained, with loud noise in the bedroom areas, a grimy shared bathroom, and no toilet paper. There were no sheets, the mattress cover had holes, and the windows were rotting. Just awful. I wouldn't recommend it at all. I'd give zero stars if I could.
