The house is cute and nicely designed, but the layout seems best for four people. There are just two proper bedrooms upstairs, while the only bathroom and shower are downstairs. The living room has a sofa bed, and there’s another bed in a children’s room that opens onto the living room. The playroom has nice toys, though with the bedrooms upstairs it doesn’t seem very practical for little kids to sleep there. The owner was absolutely lovely and went out of his way to help us several times. He quickly brought extra towels, more pots and a peeler when we asked. When the power went out, he came right over to explain and help with what we needed. The kitchen and fireplace setup was limited: no dishwasher or washing machine, very few pots, no microwave and no firewood. Expect a power outage in snowy weather.

We arrived with three small children, two six-month-olds and a four-year-old, and only found out at 7 p.m., just before our accommodation, that the owner had overbooked. It was almost dark. They offered us a replacement building still under construction for two-thirds of the original price, but it was far below the standard we expected. There were insects in the bathroom and only cold water, so we couldn't even bathe the kids. Large, dangerous holes in front of the building were a serious risk for them. The owner was unfair and unprofessional.

The hosts were great, and the villa’s modern rustic style gives it a warm, charming feel. It’s in the heart of Durmitor National Park. Highly recommended!

They were overbooked, and the owner treated us unfairly. The replacement building was in pretty bad, disgusting condition.
