The hotel is spotless, with large rooms and a lovely balcony, plus a sauna, gym and pool. It sits right on the water, with fantastic views. The location is close enough to be convenient while still feeling peaceful. For anyone wanting a good value stay with the amenities of a high-quality hotel, the price is hard to beat.

It was so hard to leave this place that part of us still feels there. The host was kind, always willing to help, and added thoughtful touches that made us feel at home. The hotel was comfortable and clean beyond what we expected. Each morning, waking up to the peaceful natural scenery and stunning view felt like being inside a painting. We wholeheartedly recommend staying here, and hope we can return soon.

That big patio overlooking the lake is a lovely spot, and there are good restaurants along the shore within walking distance. The place has been remodeled, it’s very clean, and the bed was comfortable. Parking was easy, and the shower had good water pressure. Kotor Bay is beautiful, and it’s fun to try local food and chat with the owners. Still, I’d call it a solid four. Cotton sheets on the bed and pillows would help, since the ones provided weren’t cotton, and the towels were rough and not white. A clearer guide to using the TV and air conditioner would also be useful. Breakfast isn’t essential for me, but because the place is outside town there aren’t many good options nearby.

The rooms are big, clean, and have amazing views, and the hosts are so friendly they make you feel at home. We could use the kitchen, sauna, and gym, and there’s an outdoor pool in summer. The only downside for us was that hot water wasn’t always available. We’d definitely book again if we return to Kotor.
