Hotel Aurel

For four people, 100 euros including breakfast felt like a bargain, and the hotel's closeness to the airport was our main reason for choosing it. Our room was spacious, and the staff were polite and friendly. There were some frustrating housekeeping problems: one room was locked, and bath towels and duvets hadn't been left for us. We had to go to reception several times to sort things out, then found the duvets in a cupboard and put the covers on ourselves. Since our flight was early and we couldn't eat breakfast, the hotel prepared a lunch bag with water, a ham and cheese panini, an apple, and a banana. They also arranged a taxi to the airport for 17 euros. There's a city tax to pay at the hotel too, about 2 pounds per person.

The staff across all departments made us feel exceptionally well cared for, and we're grateful to everyone. They were professional, polite, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. We had a delicious, varied buffet breakfast, and lunch at the hotel restaurant was just as impressive for both taste and service. Our triple room with balcony was spacious, modern, spotless, and had all the amenities we needed. The complimentary water, sweets, and handwritten welcome note were a lovely personal touch. Without a doubt, we'll stay at Aurel again on our next visit.

The spa was great, and the receptionists were very friendly and helpful. Thanks for supporting me during my second stay, which I arranged at short notice!

My room was huge, elegant, and clean, with plenty of space and quiet air conditioning that kept it cool. Breakfast was simple and tasty, with fresh, typical Balkan products. Highly recommend!
