The location was the highlight for us: everything we wanted to see was within walking distance, so there was no need for a car or even a bus. We had a great view from our balcony, and the restaurant upstairs offered an even better one. Our room was spacious and clean, with both a bathtub and a shower. The housekeepers were kind and worked around our baby's sleep, coming in to clean while we were out. The elevators are a little old, though they still work. I'd recommend the hotel especially for a business trip, but it suits families too.

The restaurant was the biggest problem for me. The meat was very poor quality, and our drinks arrived only after we'd finished dinner, which was unjustifiable. The hotel itself looks nice, but regular upkeep seems to be lacking. The electrical outlet wasn't properly set into the wall, and the shower door handle felt unsafe.

I especially loved the dessert, one of the best I've had in a long time, and the prices felt very reasonable for the quality. The dishes I tried were flavorful and beautifully presented, with care evident in both the food and service. The staff were kind and attentive, and the place was clean, with hygiene clearly taken seriously. It's easy to reach on foot or by public transport, and the atmosphere felt cozy but still elegant, whether relaxing or spending time with friends. It turned out to be a hidden gem. I'd happily return on my next visit and bring friends.

Breakfast was pretty good, apart from the coffee machine, and the staff were helpful and nice. The gym was very well equipped, though it's a regular gym that hotel guests can use for free. Its advertised 24-hour access wasn't accurate: it opened at 7 AM, and the hotel's access cards didn't work there, so getting back meant going around through the shopping mall. The hotel sits above a shopping mall and feels a bit worn. Our room had a ceiling water stain, stained carpets, and doors that were hard to close.
