The included breakfast was nice, but they wouldn’t let us sit outside because, apparently, that area was only for guests. I was a paying guest at the hotel, so that excuse made no sense. It was 8am in the middle of October and the outdoor area was completely empty. Our basic room smelled of fish, and there was no WiFi signal.

They cleaned our room every day, but the WiFi didn’t work in it at all, and the shower head only worked halfway. When we were ready to drive out, no one was there to unlock the gate, so we ended up waiting 30 minutes.

The food was great, and the hotel was very clean. The staff were really nice too. We had an amazing stay!

I booked in March for a July stay, but had to keep chasing the hotel because they weren’t responding and I didn’t know if everything was confirmed. They were restructuring, and even then I still never got a confirmation. The way they handled the booking was very unprofessional and left a bad impression.

The food was excellent and the service was great. Goran, Nikola and Ranko were amazing 👏
