The beach is just two minutes away, which was the only good part for us. The rest was a horrible experience. The hotel feels very old, like it’s from the communist era, and nothing seems to have been upgraded or refurbished. Rooms are so cramped there’s barely room to walk, and the balconies are small. I hurt my foot on mine and could barely walk for two days. The pools were always dirty, and even hotel guests had to pay €5 for sunbeds inside the hotel. The staff were rude. They served the same food every day, mostly greasy, bad meat, and didn’t serve water in the restaurant. The food upset my family and me, and may have been food poisoning. Other guests reportedly said they’d been throwing up too. Don’t go here.

My mother got food poisoning. The meat was bad and the food tasted strange in general. They kept serving meat with no vegan options, even the pasta had meat in it. Avoid this place if you don’t want to risk food poisoning.

My father got food poisoning there. The food was awful that day. He said the meat tasted off but thought it might be the spices, when in fact it wasn’t good. Don’t let the large amounts of homemade food fool you. The staff were nice, but the food was zero.

The outside bar waiter barely seemed interested in serving anyone. He’d look up, then go back to his phone or watching women walk past, whatever their age. After a while you give up waiting and go to the bar yourself. When his friends showed up, there was even less chance of service, and they never seemed to pay. I can’t understand why the hotel employs him.

It’s a fairly large hotel with a grassy yard, an outdoor restaurant and an open bar. There are two pools, one large and one small for kids, plus a basketball court. The rooms and toilets are small but comfortable, and the food is mediocre. Still, it’s a nice, inexpensive place, with a market nearby and away from city noise.
