Apart Hotel Llolla

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone hoping for a good vacation. The staff and the hotel owner were especially bad, and everything else was too.

For the price, this hotel is pretty nice. The rooms are on the small side, and they do try to keep them clean. Each one has a balcony, though the view isn't great from every room. There's an outdoor pool, and breakfast and dinner are available; the food is average. At night, you can hear music from the restaurant.

The beds were so comfortable, and I liked having a choice of pillows. Everything was sparkling clean, especially the bathroom, and we're very picky about cleanliness. Breakfast was outstanding and the food was excellent. The pool was a nice extra too. This is one of the best hotels in the area we've stayed at. We can't wait to come back next year!

The bathrooms were dirty, and the cupboards and drawers didn't look as though they'd ever been cleaned. There were no slippers, the floor was filthy, and when I asked for a towel the staff spoke arrogantly and refused to give me one. The staff were mean and arrogant in general. In the room, the coffins hadn't been changed for months, were dusty and full of spiders, and one was covered in blood. I don't know how this hotel got three stars; to me and my friends, it didn't deserve even one. The shower water left us with pimples on our skin, so I'm concerned we could have gotten an infection. This was the worst hotel experience I've had.
