We paid €15 per person for the whole day in the spa. The saunas were hot and new, but the service was poor. Both pools had cold water, the showers had no hot water, and there was no toilet paper. Bring your own slippers, they don't provide any.

We spent ten days here and I think it's a great place for a vacation. Our room stayed clean, and the beach transport there and back meant we didn't have to use our car. The service was 10/10. We really enjoyed the food, with dishes from around the world at both breakfast and dinner. Best food we've had in a long time. I recommend it!

The place was very dirty, and the service was awful. We didn't stay. I had a terrible experience with the employee Lejla Shati, whose behaviour was rude and unprofessional. The hotel fell far short of expectations, especially because of the way Lejla Shati treated us. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Really nice place, with very friendly staff. Our room was spacious and clean, and the food was amazing, a 10 out of 10.

The pool was always clean and nice, and the hotel runs an included bus to Big Beach and back. The beach is close by. Dinner portions were really big, the food was very good, and breakfast was a buffet with over 30 choices. Rooms were nice and clean, and the whole staff, including the caring owner, were very kind. One of the best hotels in Ulcinj, and I'd strongly recommend it if you're there.
