We booked a family room, but they put us in two single rooms. My kids are under 10, so we had to split up to look after them. The air conditioning wasn’t working, so they just moved a mattress into one of the rooms for us to get through the night. I don’t think we’ll come back.

The pool is lovely, and the rooms are comfortable and very nice. The hotel is far from the city center but only 10 minutes from the airport. The two managers, Christina and Sylvia, were very kind and helpful.

The shuttle listed as free on booking.com became a paid service when I arrived, and that was the main reason I chose this hotel. It felt dishonest. The room had no sheets until I asked, the sink was dirty, and there was hardly any shower pressure or water. Beer wasn't cold either. Dogs barked right beside the hotel, music was loud constantly, and the noise started up again from 7 a.m. Lots to sort out here. I really don't recommend it.

Pay attention to payment before you go: they take cash only, and there isn't an ATM nearby. We had to ask to sit indoors because it was chilly outside, and there were no cold drinks. Lunch was included but came with very little choice and no menu, while most of the dishes listed on the menu weren't available. Cleanliness and quality were disappointing. I definitely wouldn't recommend it.
