Le Centell Hotel & Spa

I had a comfortable stay and the staff were very friendly. Steve the concierge was especially helpful, sharing local advice and going the extra mile. I'll be back.

The rooms are good, and the sixth floor was quieter than the fourth. Our first room had an air conditioner that wasn't working properly, but they gladly moved us. The second curtain keeps the room dim in the morning. I didn't like the herbal tea provided, and there was no English breakfast tea in the room.

The gym needs a serious update: many machines are broken, and the working ones look outdated. It's a shame to see that at a hotel that's otherwise so well maintained. I'd also suggest adding more coat hangers, a coffee machine, and an iron with an ironing board to the rooms. The staff were very efficient and friendly, the room was lovely, and I enjoyed the atmosphere. The pool, sauna, and hammam were great, and I highly recommend the massages.

The room was comfortable, the spa was nice, and the parking felt safe. But I had clients stay here, and we were unpleasantly surprised by a major error on the checkout invoice. The accounting staff were very incompetent, even though the hotel and reception are nice. There are also rumors that some staff got their jobs through friends' help rather than competence. The restaurant isn't worth the price, and breakfast isn't included. I won't put my clients here again. Ever.
