We really enjoyed the garden and the lunches and dinners the owner cooked personally. The food was delicious, and sharing meals with everyone in the house gave us an unforgettable family homestay experience. NY Teomiova provided very good service, the place was clean, and the price was good. We'd love to go back and highly recommend it.

Dorm beds are available for 7 euro. ATMs and supermarkets aren't far away, and a bus to downtown or the airport costs 600Ar.

Cooking your own meals was a real advantage, with plenty of shops and cafes close by. The grounds, full of trees and flowers, made a peaceful little oasis in busy Antananarivo. I stayed in a two-story cottage and liked the hotel overall. The floors weren't very clean, as is common in many hotels in Madagascar, but otherwise I liked everything. It's quite livable.

We stayed one night as a couple when we arrived in Tana. It's very clean and well located for an airport stopover, with a spacious room and good value for money. The welcome was warm and came with a smile. Breakfast had an excellent croissant!
