Radisson Blu Waterfront was SO much better when we stayed there a few weeks ago. Nicer area, better food and staff, a better gym, and a nice pool. I'd definitely recommend booking there instead. Breakfast here was limited. Maybe the staff were serving themselves before the guests had eaten. They stood behind the bar chatting instead of offering drinks, and only mentioned the omelette station after we'd finished eating. Honestly, the one guy who seemed to be in charge was the only person working, so props to him. We ordered room service, and the chicken and avocado salad arrived without avocado.

Our apartment room was spacious, comfortable and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The only issue was the shower drain: the whole area flooded after a shower. The location is right in the town centre. All in all, a very pleasant stay.

The staff made this long stay feel like time with friends and family back home. They were welcoming and hospitable, worked seamlessly together, and seemed to enjoy both their jobs and their time with guests. A shout-out to the SoHo restaurant crew, especially Melissa, Rio, Ennie, Liantsoa, Tahiry and above all Fara. I've travelled my whole life, and this was my number one stay and experience ever. Thank you all.

I moved to Antananarivo two weeks ago and spent my first stretch in town at the Radisson Serviced Apartments. The staff and service helped me feel at home in a new town and country. Thanks especially to driver Antsa, who picked me up at the airport; front desk officers Yolande and Mariah; doormen Feno and Ivan; and the 5th floor Soho restaurant waiters and waitress, especially Enie, Fara, Kaila, Melissa, Santatra and Tahiry. Thanks as well to bartender Rio, all the sushi chefs led by Ricardo, and room cleaner Mapiun. The DJs played great music, and I recall Nivade. A great welcome to Tana and Madagascar.
