The room was clean, the bed was soft, and the staff were really friendly. I appreciated having a safe in the room. The location is central but not too noisy, and the AC was great, which is hard to find at this price.

The beds were wonderful, very comfortable and extra long. The hotel itself is quite basic, though. The toilet broke on the first flush but was fixed quickly. The window wouldn’t close all the way, and despite asking, we never got towels. We also had no hot water during the two days we stayed.

It’s a simple hotel, but they put real effort into the service.

I had a guest sent out by the receptionist even though it wasn’t checkout time. The receptionist knew I wasn’t around and sent him away anyway. The staff were toxic and intolerant. Horrible hotel, I don’t recommend it.

The rooms are nice, and the price is good for what you get.
