We stop here for brunch whenever we go to Ambohimanga. The food and service are excellent. I can't comment on the rooms.

I stopped in for lunch and got grilled chicken skewers and pork chops. The chicken was too tough, but the pork chops were delicious 😋 They also had some souvenirs for sale.

The food really stood out, especially the tender zebu with ginger sauce and those huge, delicious avocados. Prices are on the high side, but the quality and flavor were excellent. The hotel and restaurant have a lovely, peaceful feel, surrounded by nature, and the owner made us feel very welcome.

The cuisine was truly outstanding, and the service was just as good.
