Breakfast had fresh juice, bread, crepes with butter and jam, eggs made to order, and plenty of tropical fruit. My fiancé and I were there for two nights, and we also enjoyed the meals, especially the fish, lobster, chicken with vegetables, and steak with fries. The staff were kind and attentive, and the place felt like a lovely oasis away from the busy main town.

Our room was spacious, and the compound was beautifully green. It was quiet during our stay, with just one other couple there. The staff were friendly, and the location is far enough from town to be peaceful but still walkable. The beach is very close, though the weather made it look uninviting that day. Our shower had no hot water, and the pressure was about as weak as a child peeing.

We had the whole peaceful place to ourselves for two days. It made for a beautiful romantic getaway, and the staff were helpful and attentive. A hidden gem in the Maroantsetra area. 5/5 stars!

We ended up staying here for one night because the sea was too rough to head to Masoala. The room, food, and wifi were good, and the staff were friendly. It's a nice place, though about a 3 km walk from town. RN5 is a sandy track, so there isn't much traffic.
