We had a lovely time, and the food at the beautiful resort was fantastic. Philippe was quick to answer all my questions before we arrived. The day boat trip to Nosy Fanihy was well worth it, though bring beach shoes. We were also glad to have bug spray for the evenings and a comfortable night’s sleep. I’d recommend visiting.

What made this resort especially enjoyable was how peaceful and secluded it felt while still being close enough to town. Phillipe arranged scooters for us, and riding through the villages and countryside on such a scenic island was a highlight. We’d love to return and stay much longer. The bungalows are spacious, comfortable, clean, and each has a breathtaking view. The staff are warm and genuine, never stuffy, and treated us like royalty. Phillipe, the owner, was incredibly welcoming and accommodating, and clearly cares about his guests having a great stay. The chef and staff remembered our food preferences, and the meals were amazing too.

The restaurant was top notch, with reasonable prices. I had the best meal I’ve eaten in Madagascar in 11 years of visiting, duck with pasta and vegetables. Philippe and his crew were wonderful, and the gorgeous setting made it easy to unwind. We snorkeled at the beautiful reef, swam in the pool, and got some much-needed rest. We’ll definitely be back.

We arrived right after a cyclone had passed, and the hotel was still ready to give us excellent service. The owner was very helpful and arranged excursions for us. Our bungalow was large and comfortable, right by the sea, with a private garden to relax in. Since it’s the only hotel in the bay, it felt calm and peaceful. There’s also a lovely seawater pool, and the restaurant serves a good range of seafood and other dishes.
