The staff tried to be as helpful as they could, but the place didn’t have much excitement. Our beach view came through a small window, with no private balcony. We only got wifi on the day we left, and there were no cleaning supplies for the toilets. The food was nice, though expensive.

The beachside location was lovely, the rooms were clean, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. A great place, and I highly recommend it for a trip.

The service was awful. The AC didn’t work, and they didn’t care. Whatever you ask for, they don’t care. Stay away.

The waiter was polite and helpful, and did his best. That was the one good part of dinner at this hotel restaurant. I ordered the “grilled capitaine fish delicacy with sautéed vegetables and garlic,” but it took forever to come, and the fish was dry, tasteless, and almost impossible to eat. I left half of it because it was so hard to swallow. Honestly, I’d avoid this place. A small local eatery would give you much better service, charge less, and greet you with a smile.

This is only about the restaurant. The food was good, but even with just two tables, it took 1 hour and 50 minutes for our food to arrive. If you’re not hungry, you’ll probably be fine waiting.
