The artwork around the hotel really caught my attention, and the rooms are spacious, with lovely views. The food is good, the staff are kind, and the landscaped grounds lead into a pine forest, with a great path beside the lake. If you love being outdoors, this is a lovely place to stay. The spa is small but good and fully functional. Since the hotel has “spa” in its name, that part could still be improved. For the price, though, it’s good value. I’d call it the best hotel in Macedonia.

The artwork throughout the resort makes it feel like a gallery, and the staff are welcoming and polite. The location is amazing, up in the mountains, with spacious rooms. The spa is very small, but it’s still a lovely mountain resort and a great place for family time.

We found plenty here for both the kids and adults. The lobby is cozy, with a playground close by, and there’s a large outdoor area like a little green park for strolling or relaxing. The mini zoo was a nice surprise, too. It’s close to the lake, and the lake view from our big, modern room was stunning. Everything felt luxurious and was extremely clean. Breakfast had lots of options and tasted good. We also used the warm indoor pool, spa and free gym. Parking was free and there was always a space. We had a wonderful stay, and I’d highly recommend it for families.

The food was tasty and good for kids, and the accommodation was nice, with an excellent balcony view. The staff were okay, though they could use more training for a five-star hotel. It’s a pleasant place to spend a few days in nature, with the necessities, but the amenities have limited capacity, including the very small spa, pool and fitness area. The internet was very poor. It was also very hot in the room, and there wasn’t an easy way to adjust the temperature.
