Skopje Arch Residence

The location is really good, but the old building’s entrance and elevator are dirty and worn. The rented room is on the fifth floor, in an apartment with three rooms. The rooms are fairly clean, though a few basics could be provided, like slippers and water, or a TV with YouTube.

I booked through Agoda for my stay in Skopje. Since I was traveling abroad without internet, I went straight to the apartment, where they told me my reservation had been canceled. They said they had messaged me and I hadn’t replied. I’ve booked places this way before, then arrived and stayed without any problem, but Arch Residence canceled my booking on its own. If they were going to cancel, they shouldn’t list the apartment with holiday booking companies. It leaves people stranded. I had to look for a hotel in the heat, going from place to place.

The room was neat and clean, and the balcony looks straight out over the square in the city center.

Our reservation was canceled because we didn’t answer the phone for several hours. We were traveling and didn’t have a credit card for that country. The owner was incredibly rude. DO NOT BOOK HERE.
