The hosts were nice, and the room had hot water, a very comfortable thick bed, air conditioning, wi-fi, and good light. It was clean, but the furniture was mostly old and some things were already damaged when we arrived. For three people the apartment felt cramped, with nowhere to put the towels. We had to ask before getting a hair dryer and heating machine. There was no kitchen equipment, not even a spoon, knife, or glasses. The insulation was poor, so we heard everyone and everything in the corridor. Since it's downtown on a small street, parking means leaving the car on the street, with no separate lot. I wouldn't stay again.

The owner and housekeeper were so helpful with every request. The rooms were spacious, clean, and cosy, and the place works well for a quick getaway or a longer stay. It’s right in the city center. Jasmina Penov.

I’ve never come across a room in such a terrible state. The bed and towels were dirty and clearly had been used, the toilet was a disaster, and there were condoms lying around. There was blood in the shower too. There was no hygiene or cleanliness at all.

The staff were positive and friendly, and I was really satisfied with the stay. The apartments are very clean and nicely done, right in the center. It seems like a great place for staying longer :)

Staying here was a pleasure. The hotel is right in the middle of Bitola, easygoing and consistently clean. Until next time 🙂👍
