The host was so friendly, attentive, and helpful, really next level. The house is beautiful and the room was clean, cozy, and comfortable. It's quiet and central. The shared kitchen is fine for simple things, though maybe not for cooking a full meal. Can definitely recommend.

We felt looked after and safe here, which mattered as two women travelling alone. Christian is a lovely host, and he and his regular guest gave us plenty of ideas for things to see, places to go and eat, and even helped with reservations. This was our first stop in Macedonia, and we felt welcome from the moment we arrived at the gate. The room was simple and cosy, and we liked it a lot. There are self-catering facilities too. We'd highly recommend staying here.

Chris went out of his way to make the trip easy for us. He picked us up from the train station even though the train was an hour late, and when we changed our plans from taking the bus from Prilep to Ohrid, he arranged a taxi to take us there. He speaks fluent English and really wants guests to have a relaxing holiday without worries. The historic guesthouse had everything we needed, with comfortable beds and good WiFi. Definitely worth a visit. Fam. Vriezen

The owner was incredibly kind and helped our group a lot. I was happy with the kitchen, terrace, and bathroom, which has solar-powered hot water. The rooms and facilities are great, too. On the hottest days, though, you might wish for air-conditioning, since the rooms only have fans. Still, this is a great place to book.
