The location was great, and I loved the breakfast. The service was amazing too. They even made us Turkish tea, and the hospitality here is something many other places in skopje could learn from. It’s the kind of boutique hotel every capital city should have. Don’t hesitate to stay here when you visit skopje.

The condition of room 206 was especially poor: even the bedside drawers were dirty and swollen. There was dust built up in the ventilation, and the toilet still wouldn’t flush after five tries. The shower was tiny, with mold under the faucet, and its pipes made such a loud noise the first time that we jumped. The room smelled musty, dusty, and damp; its light kept flickering. Hot water lasted only about five minutes, and the same happened in half the rooms. We arrived late after a long journey, traveling with a large group. Only 5-6 people could get inside at once, while everyone else waited outside in the rain. I don’t understand where the four stars come from.
