Our group of four families booked a month ahead and let them know both that four cars were coming and when we'd arrive, but the parking still wasn't organized for us. In two apartments the linens weren't ready, the kids had no prepared bedding, and the AC wasn't working properly. It was cold and uncomfortable for the little ones, and after a long trip the boiler hadn't been switched on, so there was no hot water waiting for us. The area was okay, though the view was poor. Given the price and the reviews, we expected more. I understand these are apartments, not a five-star hotel, but with more attention from the people running them, the stay could have been much better. This is honest feedback for anyone trying to know what to expect among the positive reviews.

The hosts were welcoming and quick to respond. Our apartment at Urban Hostel was clean, nicely decorated, and warm, and it was close to the city's main sights and the main transit club. I had a wonderful stay.

The location made sightseeing easy, and the Wi-Fi was quick. Free parking was handy too. Urban Apartments felt clean and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen and all the conveniences I needed for an easy stay. The staff were warm and helpful, which made the experience feel personal. I came away pleased with how much the place exceeded my expectations, and I'd be happy to return. Thank you, Urban Apartments, for a wonderful stay. I also heartily recommend Smart Apartments to anyone after a clean, cosy place in a convenient spot.

For such a cheap hostel, I really only saw positives. The apartment had several big rooms and more equipment than we needed: a TV, fridge and freezer, microwave, stove, oven, kettle, dishwasher, AC, and hot water boiler. There was a balcony too. The furniture was older, but the place felt cozy, and we felt at home.
