We made use of the jacuzzi and sauna, which was a lovely way to relax. The hotel is right in the city centre, convenient for exploring, and the staff were friendly and professional whenever we needed help. Guests get a discount at the group's two restaurants, including soul kitchen. Our room was comfortable and had a good range of amenities: towels, bathrobes, slippers, a hair dryer and a fridge. Snacks and drinks were available for an extra charge. Breakfast was satisfactory, though a coffee machine and more choice would improve it. The room lighting was a bit dark. Still, it was a very enjoyable stay and we'd gladly recommend it.

The room was spacious, quiet and very comfortable, and breakfast was delicious. The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful throughout. The location is hard to beat, just steps from the central square. They can also arrange a taxi to the airport or Matka Canyon, which we really appreciated. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting Skopje.

We stayed as a couple for five nights and really liked the decor throughout. The location is ideal if you want to spend most of your time in the city centre, and the staff were helpful and polite. Breakfast was good enough. We also appreciated that the hotel doesn't accept pets, which we think is one of its excellent policies. Thanks to the staff and management.

The staff were the highlight, so nice and helpful, with nothing ever seeming like a problem. The spa was great too, with a large whirlpool, sauna and heated beds, and we really enjoyed it. There's also a big, well-equipped gym. The hotel is cozy and right in the heart of Skopje, close to the tourist attractions. Rooms are spacious and super comfortable, with great beds and pillows. Breakfast was nice, though the room is small and feels a bit uncomfortable when it's busy.

The service went beyond what we expected, thanks to the staff's kindness and initiative. The rooms and location are excellent too. Definitely a great choice if you're planning a trip to Skopje.
