The hotel’s a bit dated, but the staff are really friendly. Accommodation in Skopje can be very expensive, so if you’re looking for good value, this is a great option.

For the price and comfort, it’s a very good choice. It has an old-city feel, is quiet at night and close to the city centre. We stayed for two days and had no problems.

Right in the middle of the Old Bazaar, among several mosques, so sleeping in isn’t really possible. The room was spacious but dated and dingy, with a bathroom that felt ancient. The hot water seemed to be on the receipt. Mold covered the whole ceiling, and there was just one power outlet. The bed was fine, but the place was very noisy. There was a modern TV and an air conditioner that worked well. I had to pay cash because they didn’t accept debit or credit cards. Nothing was available.
