The bathroom water wasn't working, and although I told the man in charge right away, he kept lying about it. He was also very rude and hard to reach, even after I called several times. The rooms were not clean at all, with dust floating around and spiders and webs everywhere.

The staff showed me a lot of compassion and care during a very difficult time in my life, doing more than they had to so I could feel comfortable. They made my stay easier than I expected. Thank you so much. They reminded me there are still a lot of good people out there.

We felt right at home here. The manager and the rest of the staff were friendly and always ready to go the extra mile, which made our stay really comfortable. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone looking for good service and good people.

The rooms were clean and well organized, and the staff were very friendly. You can tell the service is high class as soon as you walk in, which is why I like this place so much.
