The staff were kind, and we had a much better experience on our first visit. This time, on our return to Hotel Mirage in January, the room was freezing and hard to sleep in, even though reception said the air conditioning was fine when we told them. The food wasn’t as good as before either. The jacuzzi and sauna weren’t working, perhaps because they were being restored, so only the pool was available. I hope these problems get sorted out.

We spent one night here on our Balkan tour. It’s fairly central, and the rooms were clean and spacious. Dinner was amazing, though breakfast let it down: everything was cold, especially the eggs, and there were flies. Still, it was a nice stay overall.

The room was cold, and the air conditioning wasn’t enough to warm it up. There was no hot water, and the bathtubs didn’t work. We also couldn’t access the spa and jacuzzi, even though the package said they were included.

The spa wasn’t working when we went, and the pool water was so cold that we felt unwell. We got sick.

The lake view was beautiful, the pool was good, and the food was amazing. Service could be better, though. It’s a very good hotel, and I definitely recommend it. Don’t be misled by the bot reviews.
