Lily is very friendly, and the staff were exceptional. The rooms are very nice, and the hotel feels homey and carefully thought through, right down to the glass elevator. It's part of the family empire that runs many hotels and guesthouses in Hsipaw. My only real complaint might be the construction. These tall hotels going up feel quite out of place in what's otherwise a village atmosphere.

We found the staff kind and eager to help us enjoy our time in Hsipaw, including suggestions for some very nice coffees and restaurants. The rooms and bathrooms were perfect, and breakfast on the rooftop was awesome. Best hostel we've stayed at in Myanmar so far.

We meant to stay only a short while but ended up at Lily the home for nearly a week. It's far enough from the main street to avoid the noise, while still right in the middle of everything. The room was clean and having a bath was a big plus. The woman running the hotel was so friendly and nice. Breakfast was good, with lots to choose from, even fries, as well as local food I really liked.

A real gem, with backpacker friendly prices and western standards. The room and shared bathrooms were incredibly clean, and the hot shower worked properly with good pressure. Breakfast came with real black coffee, and there were free tea refills and more free coffee in the courtyard. They'll keep your luggage while you're away on a trek, and the friendly staff are always ready to help.

We stayed at the guest house rather than the hotel. The bedroom was very clean, and breakfast was delicious and generous, with good options. The staff were very friendly, especially the receptionist who helped us book our bus to Inle Lake. The location was okay, but the plugs in the room didn't work well.
