The price is reasonable, and the staff are very friendly and kind. Golden hill sits by the river bank of beeluu chaung, a two minute walk from Thiri mingalar market and ten minutes on foot to Taungkwe Pagoda. There's parking, hot water at the tap, and the rooms are very nice. Room service is available anytime, though breakfast options are limited. The hotel is advertised all over Loikaw.

A clean, neat hotel built close to the waterbank of Balu River. One of the best in Kayah State, in my view. The breakfast room on level 3 has nice views, and the folded swans were a pleasant surprise.
