If you need to be close to Mdy Bus Station, this hotel could work, though it's a long way from downtown. There are two kinds of buildings and rooms here. The newer building is the one to book if comfort matters. Rooms in the older building were small and not very clean or comfortable, but they cost less.

The price is fair and the service is good. Its spot near a well-known highway bus station makes it handy for people heading off on another trip, with things easy to reach nearby. I'm less sure how convenient it would be for foreign visitors.

The rooms are small, the lobby gets noisy, and there's no compound yard, so it wasn't very comfortable. It's a cheap place near Chanmyatharyar Bus Station, suited to locals who mainly need somewhere to leave their bags and sleep overnight. They don't have a booking system. Staff aren't very good at English, so foreigners would do better with a local guide to help with communication.

There was a crowd around the hotel because Kywe se Kan Bus station is nearby. It's a 3 star place on Kywe Se Kan 78st, combining a budget guest house with a hotel. A standard room costs 40000.

Right beside the bus station, and U Bein bridge is only a 10 minutes drive away. The hotel feels modern and fancy, with a clean, comfortable bedroom. I really enjoyed my stay. Breakfast from the Buffett was amazing, especially with the nice city view. The services felt worth the money, and I'd highly recommend it.
