We only stayed one night, but had a great time. The free bikes were a lot of fun and let us see quite a bit in a short time. Our room wasn't very big, though it was fine and I have no complaints. The hotel was clean and well equipped, in a nice location, and the staff were extremely kind and helpful. Definitely recommend it.

The rooftop breakfast buffet was tasty, and the hotel restaurant was good and very affordable. Staff were kind and helped arrange sightseeing, including a 45k taxi for a full day visiting the main attractions beyond central Mandalay, or 35k for Mandalay. The place felt like a true three-star hotel by Western standards: clean, with good air conditioning and a good bathroom.

The front desk was absolutely fabulous, the best I've come across in Myanmar or Asia. They arranged everything and made the stay comfortable and pleasant. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the beds were comfortable too.

The staff were really good and helped with everything. I had a very tasty breakfast, though it probably wouldn't suit Europeans as well. Rooms can be cleaned if you're staying more than two nights.

A great choice in Mandalay. The room was super comfortable, with air conditioning, a kettle, a fridge, a desk and a really nice bed. Breakfast was excellent!!! I'd recommend it!!
