For the price, it’s good value and a decent budget hotel. It’s a bit far from the city center, but you can get around on a Grab bike. I wouldn’t recommend going out late at night. The rooms are reasonably clean, though some of the AC units are getting old. There are usually lots of mosquitoes, but you can ask staff to spray the room. Breakfast is okay, and there’s a small swimming pool.

They have a pool for guests, and every room now has a bath tub. When the electricity cuts out, as it sometimes does in Myanmar, they always switch to a generator. Great hotel.

They take good care of customers, and even serve you after the kitchen has closed. The service is good. The one thing is that the girl at reception doesn’t like Chinese guys due to sticky.

There’s no bar or roof terrace, which seemed strange. The carpet was badly crumpled, and there were dirty cups in the room. We checked in, saw the room, and checked straight back out.

The rate is great value, but the location is why it’s so cheap. You can’t really walk anywhere from there.
