The rooms are grimy and the shower barely works. The water never gets hot, just comes out as a lukewarm trickle, which is miserable after walking dusty Mandalay streets. There are stains on the walls and mold in the shower, so cleanliness really needs attention. Staff try hard to help, and the place has some useful extras like free WiFi, a minibar, and laundry service, with prices that are good for an upmarket-style place. Its location is great, amid the bustle near the train station.

The room was just okay, but the pillow and blanket weren't very clean. Breakfast costs extra, and the food was mediocre.
