The bathroom was my favorite part: it was huge, with a big mirror and a bathtub. The room itself was nice, though I wished there were more space. Service was average during my two-day stay, and the price was affordable. COCO convenience store and CENTRAL POINT shopping center are nearby. I’d recommend it to someone looking for an average room with decent service.

The good thing is that breakfast and a bathtub are included for this price, which is amazing. But the parking spaces are very small, and the staff weren’t very welcoming. In my room, the hair dryer and kettle didn’t work, and the refrigerator was affected by unstable voltage. I had to report each problem separately to get it fixed. Shouldn’t these things all be checked beforehand?

A reasonable three-star option in Mandalay, with friendly, helpful staff and very good views from the top floor. It’s near the Grand Palace site. The WiFi was a bit slow, and the shower water was only lukewarm at best. Breakfast was basic and leaned toward Asian tastes, with plenty of rice and noodles.

The customer service was the worst. There weren’t enough employees, and their expressions looked disappointed. They need training in how to provide service and should use polite language.

For 18,000 Kyats, two people get a budget room with enough decent facilities. Meals aren’t included. If you’re visiting Mandalay, it’s a good place to stay.
