The location was reasonable, and the door staff and waitress were good. Beyond that, there were too many problems for me to give a higher rating. A busload of guests made intolerable noise, and cats fought and screamed at midnight, 1 a.m., 2 a.m., and other times. Someone in the office changed the satellite feed halfway through a movie, three times, even after I complained. Breakfast was supposed to start at 7, but there was no coffee ready then. At 8:30 there was still no food, and I had to wait for the bus group to leave before trying breakfast. There was no ice either, and I was told to walk down the road to a store.

There’s a mini-mart and plenty of restaurants nearby, and the location is good. Breakfast was nice too. The staff were very friendly and did their best to help, and the service was superb.

I regularly stay here on business trips. The rooms are clean, the service is good, and the internet works. It’s affordable and close to Mandalay Kyone, Mandalay Railway Station, and plenty of good restaurants and local eateries.

I stayed here for at least two months and found it a really good place for a longer stay. All the staff made me feel welcome. I’d give their service five stars and recommend the place.

I was here alone for one night on a business trip and woke up too late to catch breakfast. The management and kitchen still put together a proper meal from what they had. Oh, sweet.
