We were treated so well by the Chinese couple and Burmese family who run this lovely, clean guest house. The rooms have AC and the price is good. They gave us breakfast, and we celebrated Chinese New Year together with amazing food and fireworks.

The bathroom was fine, and we could wash our clothes there. Breakfast was included, with toast, marmalade, cheese, and 3in 1coffee. It’s a warm, really nice place, though a little far from the city. The host can get you a motorcycle. I’d stay again :)

At night I couldn’t find the place, walked 2 km and back for nothing. There were no signs, so it’s hard to locate, and the neighborhood seemed very poor. Better to explore in the daytime. Fish sellers are everywhere, which might make for a nice cultural exchange for some.

The price is cheap, the rooms are clean, and the Chinese couple who own the place are very helpful.
