At Zabu Thiri Hotel, I found the location peaceful and convenient, near government offices and major attractions. It has meeting rooms and a fitness center, so it can work for business or leisure, though the Wi-Fi can be inconsistent if you need a steady connection. The welcoming lobby and friendly staff made check-in easy. The design is simple but elegant, and the rooms are spacious, clean, and have the essentials, including air conditioning, comfortable beds, and well-kept bathrooms. Breakfast is complimentary, with local and international choices. The food was decent, but more variety would help. Meals at the on-site restaurant were good and reasonably priced. It's a comfortable, affordable option in Nay Pyi Taw.

The rooms are nice, but the refrigerator and TV don't work properly. Service was lacking too. I ordered dinner at 5, and it didn't arrive until 7, which was really inconvenient.

Pets are allowed. The room was nice but needed a proper cleaning. The staff were helpful and smiling whenever we saw them. We asked for a breakfast box at 4am, and they were happy to prepare one for us with a warm smile. Well done.

There was a fly in the room, a spider in the bathroom, and stains on the towel. The kettle was dirty and smelly. At breakfast in the dining room, coffee came in a disposable paper cup. Worst of all, dead fish were floating in the pond at the hotel's main entrance. I'm not sure if this is a hotel or a Bed and Breakfast.

The hotel’s exterior and the streets around it don’t look good. Staff need more training to improve their skills and professionalism, especially housekeeping workers and their uniforms. A smile is nice, but the service needs quality too.
