I’d happily recommend this hotel to someone looking for a good first stay. The staff are professional, kind, and quick to help, and room service is both fast and dependable. The food is better than what I’ve had at most restaurants and bars. Rooms are roomy and clean, with a simple feel. It’s one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in, perhaps just behind Excel in Yangon.

A really bad stay. Housekeeping packed up all my things and went into my room even though I hadn’t checked out or handed back my key. The front desk and housekeeping staff showed no understanding of guest privacy. I wouldn’t recommend it at all.

Wi-Fi was a little slow at times, which could be a problem if you need a steady connection. The breakfast buffet had a reasonable range of local and international food, though more variety would help. I found the setting peaceful, and the rooms were clean and spacious, with comfortable beds, working air conditioning, tidy bathrooms, and good water pressure. The hotel is handy for government offices, shopping centers, and attractions around Nay Pyi Taw, and has a pool, fitness center, and meeting rooms for business or leisure stays. The grand entrance and roomy lobby felt welcoming on arrival, and check-in was smooth. Staff were friendly, professional, and ready to help. Man Myanmar Hotel is a comfortable option for visiting the area.
