Good service and reasonable prices, with model rooms, near the rangon-mandalay express highway. The beds aren't very comfortable and could use more cushions, but it's worth the money.

It feels more like staying at home than at a hotel, which I like, and the price is affordable. There's a master bedroom, a single bedroom, and a living room. The living room has two Air-con units, with one in each bedroom. There's also an extra bathroom and toilet. The pool is large and very nice. The wiring installation is imperfect, and maintenance is poor.

The price is fair and the breakfast is good. The employees are really friendly, and there's a large pool and a nice place to rest.

The rooms are large and comfortable. Breakfast is simple, and it would be nice if they offered some tea.
