The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the service was nice for a reasonable price. Breakfast was a real highlight, with a buffet full of tasty choices. The hotel is a large compound, formerly Hotel Grand Ace and now called Hotel Grand Aster Villa. It also has its own restaurant, and the prices there aren't too high.

The hotel was the best part of my visit to Naypyidaw, though it feels like a five-star resort that's starting to age. The grounds are huge, but the landscaping could use more upkeep. Staff were capable, but restaurant prices were exorbitant. Getting around was overpriced too, and there weren't other options.

The food was amazing, prepared by experienced chefs, and the service was very nice. It's a five-star, world-class villa with classic rooms. If you're visiting Nay Pyi Taw, the capital of myanmar, remember to stay here.

I used to rate this hotel highly, but my view changed after a friend who had nowhere to stay for the night shared my room. We didn't have breakfast or use anything else. The next morning, the hotel charged me for an extra person after apparently monitoring me and the room on CCTV. I thought people in Myanmar were supposed to be kind.

The location works well between nay pyi taw and pyin minar. The room was decent, with quality furniture, and the price seemed fair for a place that feels like a four-star hotel.
